Imbedding into an external site

  I did a help search and forum search and could not find an answer.
  I have an external web site and URL address. I wanted that site to function like a blog. After setting it up, I was pondering integrating my WordPress blog into that site, such as via an iFrame or something. Does anyone know if this can be done?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  iframes can be used, but they are problematic. Why not just install the wordpress software from http://wordpress.ORG/ at your web host? You can install it as a subdomain (blog.yourdomain.com) or as a subdirectory (yourdomain.com/blog).
