IMESMERI appears to be offline or unresponsive – Error

    Hello, we are receiving lots of email like ‘IMESMERI appears to be offline or unresponsive’. However, when we check the site after we receive this email, we realize that the site can be available. So, we don’t understand why this kind of emails have being sent to us. Could you pls give us more detail about the reason of these emails? and how we can fix it?
