  Hi, I’ve seen tons of blogs with these cool borders on their images, such is this one:

  How do I do this?

  That isn’t a border applied to the image, that was done in an image editing program before the file was saved and uploaded.

  Any idea what image editing program it would be?
  I use Photoshop, ind its not in there.
