Imgur images – align center doesn’t work

  Hi,
  I can’t get align center on Imgur images working on my site. Align left and align right work, but align center gives the result align left?
  I have the free version, but there is an option ‘Advanced – Additional CSS class’ available for the blocks. I tried some different code that I found searching for align center problems, but no success so far.

  For any recent blog post it’s the same, for example:

  So, I’m seeing the Additional CSS feature, but it won’t do anything?

  CSS will work, in the majority of scenarios, for aligning images. I’m curious about why yours aren’t working with the center alignment option though. Can you send me a link to a post where this is happening? I’ll be happy to take a closer look.

  It’d be great to know the following:
  – which browser and version number you’re using
  – a link from the browser bar when you’re on the edit screen (this will tell me which editor you’re using)
  – try clearing your browser cache to rule that out: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  Chrome browser Version 73.0.3683.103

  I tried to clear the cache as you described, that didn’t seem to do anything.

  diskmach.wordpress.com/2019/04/23/nintendo-3ds-card-wipeout-3-usa/ – the main cartridge image. It’s set to align center in the block editor that I use, but shows as aligned left. I just use the “Add Imgur” option and enter the URL from Imgur.

  I think I see what you mean — so the imgur block itself isn’t aligning as it ought to. And really you shouldn’t need to tinker with the CSS when the built-in alignment options *should* work.

  Thanks for your help.

  If I instead do “Image” “Insert from URL”, it’s working, so could do that, but it definitely looks like a bug in the Imgur block, yes.
