    Please do not charge for this domain name and remove the site as I don’t use it.
    The remove option is not visible on the directions to go to upgrade.

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hi @melissamorel, I don’t see any paid domains on this account.

    If you received an email about a pending renewal, can you log out, then log in with the address that was sent to? Then you can get in touch again, or manage the upgrade here:

    Please note too, if you cancel a domain or allow it to expire, it is not ‘freed up’ for purchasing elsewhere. If your intent is to switch domain providers, you will want to transfer the registration instead.
