  Hello WordPress.com Support Team and Moderators,

  I am writing to follow up on my previous forum request regarding the suspension of my account and domains. On May 25, I received an email from @josefhtest, stating that my case had been sent to the Terms of Service (TOS) team for review. However, since that date, I have not received any updates or responses regarding the status of my request.

  Background:

  • My account and all 10 of my domains were suspended without prior notice, severely impacting my business and communication with my clients.
  • I have been actively providing services through these domains since 2020, and the lack of access has caused significant disruption.
  • I have followed all recommended steps, including checking my email (including spam), submitting support requests, and reviewing the Terms of Service to ensure compliance.

  Critical Domains:

  • SmmUltra.com (social media marketing site with over 1,000 clients)
  • AmerikaMaaslari.com (salary information blog)

  These domains are crucial for my business, and I am willing to provide any necessary documentation or identification to resolve this issue.

  Request:

  • I kindly ask for an urgent update on the status of my case with the TOS team.
  • If there are any issues or violations, please inform me so that I can address them immediately.
  • If possible, I would appreciate it if my case could be escalated for quicker resolution.

  I understand that these matters take time, but I have been waiting for over 5 months without any communication since the initial acknowledgment. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
