  I have already paid for Domain mapping of Sugandhadubey.com! Is has got unmapped and is back at subtle strength .. pls help

  Hi

  Make sure the domain you mapped is set as your primary domain. Also, clear your browser’s cache. If the domain doesn’t load correctly or you see an error, don’t worry. It can take a few hours for your domain name servers (DNS) to update fully.

  If you still have any issue, update here. I have tagged staff also.

  Hi there,

  Our records show you bought a Premium Plan for that site on 13 August, and then cancelled the domain mapping and Premium Plan, on the same day, and were issued a full refund.

  As you no longer have any domain upgrades on WordPress.com you won’t be able to map that domain again without buying a plan first. Please go to My Site ->Plans and select the plan you want to use. Then you’ll be able to add a new domain mapping upgrade from My Site ->Domains ->Add.
