Implement a 'quick skip' towards footer

    Greetings, I was just wondering if y’all get tired of scrolling downward to the bottom of your blog. If y’all do, wouldn’t it be great if team WordPress can implement a ‘quick skip’ feature for the footer, just like what they have for the top navigation wpadmin bar? With one click on a ‘bottom bar’, you get too see stuff down there. Share your thoughts, or not. Thanks!
