implement cool staf on divi

I am just starting so i,m realy noob in this but i want to implement sth like this http://auz.github.io/Bug/ if anybody can tell me how to do it step by step ill be greatful.. -
To do so on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the WordPress Pro Plan.
Those things make a site unneccesary heavier as you must download scripts. Personally I don’t like sites with moving things. -
yah i go it, but i just want to lern how to. You know my women just invented those things and i cant refuse ;P i think she will left this idea, but i need to do it.
