I want to implement the following shipping options:
City
DubaiShiping cost as per Total Order cost
0 – 300: 50
301 – 600: 20
601 and above: freeCity
SharjahShiping cost as per Total Order cost
0 – 300: 100
301 – 600: 50
601 – 1000: 20
1001 and above: freeAnd so forth, pricing changes as per various cities.

The only blogs that can be equipped with shopping carts here at WordPress.com are the ones that have the Business bundle upgrade.
