  I created a site on my personal wordpress, and want to import it onto this company’s wordpress. I have done this, the pages are there, and looks like the content is all there. But nothing is laid out the way it was

  Layouts, themes and any special theme related features are not transferable.

  Did you consult the detailed theme description page and use the set up instructions provided on it?
