I’m in the processing of importing data from our original web page of Brookhampton.com to our new page of estate.brookhampton.com. I have imported data before, but today I tried to import a home page full width scroll and it has been loading for hours only to 50%. I have tried through using different tabs, and different internet server without luck. I can not get past the 50% mark, the loading sign is still active making me believe that wordpress is still trying to load the file. I have reloaded numerous pages but don’t seem to be getting any where. I’ve read blogs online, and looked through your support page but can’t seem to find any solutions. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I can’t seem to find a number to call you directly for quick over the phone help?

Neither one of those sites are hosted by wordpress.COM. They are not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
