  My import process taken too long, more than 24 hours.

  • Is the site you have the XML export file from still online?
  • If yes, what is the URL?
  • Did you remove advertising an un-approved comments before creating the XML export file?
  • What is the size of the XML import file?

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the XML export file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the XML export file is very large Staff may have to do the import.
