  Hello I followed the steps to export from one site to import to another and when I click on the wordpress zip file to import it comes out that it does not have all of the information
  The file is from this link

  I saved it in the zip file to my hard drive and no action
  Any Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  Just to clarify, have you extracted the .xml file from that .zip file and then tried to import this on a new WordPress.com site?

  You should ideally import it on this page https://wordpress.com/settings/general

  There should be a button called Import which you can click and then choose .xml file that you had previously exported.

  It would import all the textual content from your old site to your new site.

  For media files to import, your old site should be online (live) at the time of the import process. If not, the media files will not be imported.
