  I’ve got a task from a wordpress site that is using WP All Import and the import they are using has been updating for 3 months, and I can’t do anything with it, only delete it. What happens if I delete it? How can I stop it? What should I do to make it work?

  There are no WordPress.com sites owned by the account you are logged in so it sounds like you are using WordPress.org software instead:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  We can only help with WordPress.com sites here but support for self hosted sites is available on the WordPress.org support forums:
