  I’m trying to import a tumblr account but it froze so I clicked clear account information and tried again but it said to come back when the previous import was completed and try again

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  @ninatcd I’ve double checked to confirm your import is still running, actually. It didn’t cancel.

  We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr today, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.

  Mine is over 24 hours now… closer to 30, should I keep waiting?

  Your import is still on the queue and it’s not canceled. Please wait for another 24 hours and do not attempt to disconnect or retry the import.

  And please do not start a new thread so that we can keep your issue at one place for easier tracking.
