  Hi there,

  I’ve already had the import restarted once, and let it run its full course over a 24 hour period (now bordering 30 hours) and to no avail — it still hasn’t started the process of importing. This is frustrating, but it says to create a post to inform and have the importer restarted, does this just bump me to the back of the queue in the order the importer works?

  Hi there,

  Your import is still queued, so we’re still waiting. At this point we’re unable to give an estimate on how long it might take to catch up with the backlog, though – it’s taking longer than anticipated, but the importer is running and will hopefully get to your site soon.

  Also, make sure to reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it.
