Import

    I’m trying import blog posts from old blogs onto a new one. I successfully transferred 2 of the sites. However, the 3rd site keeps giving me an error, and I’m not sure why.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    Is it possible your site is larger than 3GB? If so, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan on WordPress.com to finish the import.

    I’ve tagged staff to take a look at your account.

    Hi there,

    Can you please let me know the addresses of both blogs (the one you’re exporting and the one you’re importing to) so I can have a look?

    Also, what’s the exact error message you’re getting?
