  It looks like you’re importing from Blogger, correct?

  I checked the file you’ve tried to import here, and that file is for a Blogger template. In other words, it’s an export of your Blogger theme, but it doesn’t contain any of your Blogger posts.

  Blogger offers two different export options – one to download your template, and one to make a backup of your content. Make sure that you’re exporting the content backup file:
