  Imports gets stuck! Why is this and what can I do?

  Hi there!

  Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the importer to finish processing a file you import, especially if you are importing a lot of content. I just checked your site and I see that your latest Xanga import finished, so you can continue importing more files if you need.

  If the importer ever takes more than 24 hours, please get in touch and we can reset it for you. :)

  Hi there!

  There appear to be no import jobs currently running on your blog. Rachel mentioned that your first Xanga import had completed; if you’re missing any content could you please re-attempt the import?
