  I recently changed my web blog address name and am trying to import something to this new web blog. For some reason, my import says that its importing something now and that it might take 24 hours before it will finish. Its been 24 hours already and nothing changed. Can you fix this?

  Its been 48 hrs and my import is still in progress. Can someone please fix this already?

  Its been 72 hours, the 24 hours is a lie!

  I’ve reset the importer for you. Please try the import again and let me know if you continue to have trouble.

  What are you trying to do with your menu that isn’t working?

  Hi Thanks,
  I appreciate your help! I was trying to rearrange my menu, but that worked after you reset the importer! May I ask how you did that? Thanks again!

  Resetting the importer can only be done by staff; we use a special tool.

  Not sure how that would impact the menu at all, but glad you’re able to use that again regardless. :)
