  I was sent a cleaned up .XML file to import after my first one was not working, and when I attempt to upload the new one I get this error:

  Sorry, there has been an error.
  This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number

  Any ideas?

  We sent you the edited import file via email on 5 January. If you didn’t get it, please check your Spam folder, and also the Social and Updates tabs in the inbox.

  I cannot access WordPress import because my last one is still processing (has not been working)

  I have reset the importer for you so you can try again.

  As for the file, can you please reply via email to the person who sent it to you. I don’t know exactly how they edited the file for you, so they will be the best person to help you with it again.

  It will be easier to help you if we can keep the conversation in one place, rather than divided between forum threads and emails. Does that sound okay to you?
