  It says that you are still processing the import but its been more than 36 hours so is there a way you can cancel it and ill retry to upload it, or can you look into whats going on ? thank you

  Where is the export file from please?
  How large is the XML file?

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck and has to be reset.
  If the file is large Staff may have to do the import.
