  How can i import my blog from blogs.sapo.pt to wordpress?

  Hi. This is the support documentation to import a blog into WordPress.COM:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/

  As you can see, you can directly import from only a selection of blogging platforms. You may have to convert your blog from Sapo to another platform first (like Blogger) and then import from Blogger.
