Import a new theme

  I have found a WordPress compatible theme (not from the WordPress site) that I would like to use. How can I import that zip file (or the several component files) into my new blog, so I will be able to have the new theme? Is this possible under the free biog service or must I upgrade to the Premium WordPress service?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We can’t use outside themes on WordPress.com. Here, we have a choice of over 105 themes available in to choose Dashboard or previewed here http://theme.wordpress.com/
