Import a previously exported WordPress file

  When I import a WordPress file (which I have previously exported from another WordPress site into my download folder) where does WordPress put the file?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The file structure of Wp.com is not accessible to users. When you import a file, the posts go in the content area. File level access is not allowed
