Import and export

  Neither the import or export choices appear beneath the tools menu at polleyassociates.wordpress.com . Can they be found elsewhere, or is an install or an update needed? Please advise.

  Hi there, your role on that site is Editor, which doesn’t give you access to the import or export tools. You’ll need to have your user role changed to Administrator in order to see those options – the site owner can do that for you.
