Import and Export a WordPress Site.

  Hi guys, I just programmed a WordPress site, and I need to export it to a different site with a different domain name and already full of content, themes, plugins, etc. My question is, will be overwritten all the pre-existing layouts and general content if I import another website? Please let me know.
