Import and Export HTML files?

    So I wanted to change the text colors and menu style for my wordpress site, the customizer doesn’t seem to be able to let me do this, is there a way to download all of the pages as .html, .css and image files like a normal website, edit them and then import the finished files?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

    If you are Premium or Business plan holder, you can have access to Custom CSS. If not you could add on one of these plans. Here are the details: https://wordpress.com/pricing/. WordPress sites are dynamic and are based on different software than the old static html sites. Pages are not html; they are php.
