  If you go to Tools -> Export in your dashboard, you’ll be able to download an XML file of your blog’s content. This format, which we call WordPress eXtended RSS or WXR, will contain your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags.

  To import that file into another blog, go to Tools -> Import on the destination blog’s dashboard, choose WordPress as the format and follow the instructions. You’ll be asked to upload the XML file previously created.
