Import appears stalled, images not importing despite plan upgrade

    Hi there – my import from tumblr appears to be stalled about a quarter of the way through at the 24 hour mark, and also it seems to have stopped importing any images that are actually hosted on tumblr (external images in posts are displaying fine). Suspect it might have stalled when it hit the original 3GB account limit, but not sure. I have upgraded to a paid plan with considerably more storage, but I’m not sure if I should (or how I could) stop the import, or if this requires re-import, and/or ensure that the images that weren’t ported in are connected to the posts. If a re-import will skip posts where text was imported but not images, that wouldn’t be a fix. Help?

    Hi there,

    It appears the Tumblr import on your site has failed, so I’ve reset the importer so you can try again. Please let us know if it hasn’t completed after 24 hours.

    If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.
