Import attempt from blogger only imported post titles and comment date/time/name

  I attempted to use the import tool to copy all posts from my blogger blog to my new WordPress blog. Unfortunately, only the post titles (including date) and the comments date and time and name imported (no actual content). Any direction/advice on how to correct this would be much appreciated! I have also filed a “private question” (as there was a similar issue in which the ‘asker’ was told to do this) but have not had a response from that yet, so thought I’d try here…
