  Please reset my import module as it is processing for more than 24h without result.

  Is the site you have the XML export file from still online?
  if yes, what is the URL?
  How large is the XML export file?
  Did you remove advertising an un-approved comments before creating the XML export file?
  Did you receive any error messages? If so, post them here please.

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the XML export file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the XML export file is very large Staff may have to do the import.

  Hi there,

  I have reset the importer. Please try importing again from the WP Admin dashboard:

  https://zygmuntbialas.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress

  Also, make sure your import file is no larger than 15 MB. If it’s larger then split it using the tools in this guide:
