Import blog

  I am trying to import my blogger blog.but in tools>import>blogger>choose files it is only asking about images and videos.I can’t access my storage so that i can upload.xml file.
  .xml file is situated in device storage ,not in gallery obviously…

  Plz help

  Hi,

  Looks like you are trying to manually import the Blogger .xml file.

  In that case you will log into your wordpress.com account, then add /wp-admin at the end (http://shivajimyidol.wordpress.com/wp-admin), then go to Tools –> Import

  There on choosing Blogger (Run Importer) you should get an option to “Choose File” and there you can choose your .xml file (not larger than 15MB).

  I exactly did the same…but whrn i go to choosr files…the wordpress only shows me gallery and all images anf videos option…from there i can’t access my file manager…The.xml file which i downloaded..is obviously located in file manager….then why should i select gallery???

  Hi,
  Are you trying to do this on a mobile device? Did you try doing the import from a laptop or a computer?

  One way of doing the work would be to copy the file to your image folder and check if you can see it there.
