Import blog from a SQL backup file

  Hello, I used to have a wordpress blog and I only have an SQL backup file. Now that site no longer exists, is there anyway to import this sql file into my wordpress.com blog?

  No, you can’t import MySQL into the wordpress.com platform without upgrading to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/support/phpmyadmin-and-mysql/#can-i-upload-sql-files-what-is-the-file-size-limit
