Import blog from Tumblr
-
Hello, I’m trying to import my Tumblr site, and I’ve been trying since last night. When I disconnect from Tumblr and reconnect, I get this error message: ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please contact support.’
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still running. It didn’t cancel.
We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.

Hello,
Just checking on this one. I had my secondary blog import, but I’m still waiting on my primary blog to import. I get an error that says I have a custom domain on my Tumblr, when, in fact, I do not.Can you check the status, please?

Hi there,
It appears the Tumblr import on your site has now failed, so I’ve reset the importer so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re still experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted, but it could be a few days before your new import is processed.
If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.
If you’re getting the custom domain error even after switching off the domain on Tumblr’s end, disconnect in the importer, go to the Apps section in Tumblr settings and remove WordPress there, and then restart the import.
