Import broken (never completes)

  Hi,

  I was trying to import a wordpress xml file a few days ago when the system mistakingly deactivated my blog. I contacted support and it’s been reactivated. Now I want to redo the import but when I go to Import > WordPress this appears:

  “Processing…

  We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”

  And it seems the process would never complete. It’s been like that for 2 days now so I would like some help. Thank you.
