import content of an older blog for a new one

  I can’t import my older blog on my new one. All my posts and things are in the older blog. What I have to do to import all the contente that I saved?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What have you tried doing to import your blog? Is the new blog under a different email address/user name?

  You can consolidate both these blogs to the new blog, if both of the blogs were created by the same account:
  The simplest method is to log into the old blog; if you are in the new dashboard, I clicked on the WP Admin (which was directly below the option to View Site) which brought me to the older dashboard. There I was able to select Tools > Export. You will then be able to download the XML file to your computer.

  Next you will go to your new blog, you will then go to Tools > Import > WordPress and upload that XML that you previously downloaded to your computer.

  This will bring your information (posts and contents) over to the new blog.

  If the two blogs were made by two separate accounts, then you will have to transfer your old blog to the new account.

  To do this you will select My Blogs on your dashboard of the old blog. In the My Blogs screen, there will be a link visible that says ‘Transfer Blog’. You will click on this link, a warning will come up. The warning states that the transferring of a blog can not be undone, and include what this exactly entails. After you have read and confirmed, you will then enter the username or email address you would like to transfer that blog to (so the new blogs username or email address). You will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you specified and the transfer will not occur until you have read the email and followed the link included.
