  I’m tying to import Travelpod data into WP. Zip file from travelpod expanded is HTML format and some content has not fully been exported (from Travelpod) Can you help me transfer to WP

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  some content has not fully been exported (from Travelpod)

  Try running the export again. If that doesn’t work I’d recommend speaking to TravelPod to see why some of the content is missing.

  I’m tying to import Travelpod data into WP. Zip file from travelpod expanded is HTML format

  .zip files can’t be imported so make sure you extract the file first — this will give you separate .xml files. The .xml files need to be imported one at a time, so let the current import finish before you start another. We’ll send an email when the current import has finished :)

  Worked for me…what did I do?
  1. Moved everything out of the zip file into a normal windows folder
  2. In WordPress I got to the import window and didn’t do darg and drop. I clicked in the middle of the drag/drop window and it took me to the normal windows file selector.
  3. My id in TravelPod is buckgw…so I had to open the folder called buckgw. Inside that I had to open a folder called XML-WordPress…and inside that are 12 files for my 12 blogs.
  4. I clicked on buckgw.trip.1 and away it went
  I suspect you’ve clicked on the wrong file
