Import data from squarespace into wordpress

  I’m trying to move from squarespace to wordpress. While I can export all the data from squarespace, it’s not clear what format it’s in to import into.

  How can I import my data from squarespace?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t believe their is a import option for squarespace but I would contact staff and see what they have to say about it http://support.wordpress.com/contact/

  We don’t currently support import from Squarespace.

  Presumably you could work around that if the Squarespace site has an RSS feed and import as XML?
