  I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble importing your content. What platform is your site currently using? Are you on something such as Blogger or Tumblr?

  I think the issues is plugins, I exported my site an then imported, but nothing was there. worpress.com does not let you install your own plugins right? you only have access to the plugins they give you??

  Do they have plans where you can install plug ins?

  Did you receive any error messages when you were exporting or importing your site? Is the site you are wanting to transfer sparechangecincy.com? If that’s the case, you may want to check out this guide for moving from a self-hosted site to one hosted by WordPress.com:

  Does that give you different results or is the content still not importing?

  There are no WordPress.com plans that offer the ability to add your own plugins, but there is quite a bit of plugin functionality provided:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/.

  If you need additional features not provided by these plugins, you will have to stick with a self-hosted WordPress.org site.
