Import didn't work and now it's not an option

Apparently our import didn’t work and now anytime I click on Import >> WordPress it just says, ‘We’re processing and will send email…’ However, that’s been a month now and still nothing. What can we do to get the import finished?

Where are you importing from?
How large is the file please?
Sometimes the importer gets stuck and we have to ask Staff to reset it.

I was importing from a WP.org self-hosted site, and the import was super super tiny – like, 5 posts. Maybe 50kb tops. I just thought it’d be quicker than copy and paste – which it usually is – but isn’t now. Haha.
I also left a comment on a few other similar threads to this that I found – I hope that’s not a big deal. Thanks for the help!
