Import entire blog to new domain

    Hello,

    I have gone through the process of getting a new domain and host at GoDaddy, and now I have exported my wordpress.com blog, and tried to import it to my new domain using the plugin WordPress Importer. However, each time I upload the file the webpage loads for a long time and then displays an error or says the next page can’t load. My file size is only 1.5 MB. Any ideas why it won’t upload?
