Import error 0, needs reset

  Import error 0. Importing button is greyed out permanently and, as I gather from similar posts and the expert helpers, needs to be reset by a staff member. The size of my xml file is 47KB and contains no advertising or spam links, so I suspect maybe it was a one-off error? If not then I guess I’ll know after trying it one more time.

  Is the site you have the XML export file from still online?
  If yes, what is the URL?

  I don’t see any stuck imports on http://gracecovenantcommunitychurch.wordpress.com/

  Is that the site to which you’re importing? If so, are you using the WordPress importer, or another importer? Are you importing via My Site ->Settings, or via WP-Admin ->Tools ->Import?

  I had been trying to import via My Site which is still stuck, but just learned about the WP-Admin portal and gave it a shot. Will let you know how it goes. Thanks!

  Okay, if it’s still showing stuck on the My Sites importer, please try clearing your browser cache. That should clear the importer on that page as well, as it sounds like the problem is rather with My Sites than with the importer itself.
