import error

good morning! I have received an error importing from xanga. I had this error one the last file I uploaded as I well and was able to contact someone from support to help me. I can’t figure out how I contacted them now though, and can’t figure out how to ‘unjam’ the importer.

I deleted the account and started over. I imported three files and received successful import emails for each upload, but there are only 57 entries. I think the only entries there are from the first import.
Also, the link that is associated with this thread is the wrong blog. Baileywithab is one of my blogs but I was importing to another

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the specific .wordpress.COM hosted blog you refer to please?
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

Sorry for the import issues. If you have already attempted the three imports and they all failed, I can try on my end again. The Xanga importer is currently cleared. Just let me know the name of the files and I’d be happy to import for you.
