Import error

http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply! The Xanga site referred me to that page and I thought I followed the directions to a tee, but something went wrong. I unzipped the files, uploaded the first one, then waited, and waited, and waited….I finally got the email saying there was an error.
When I logged on to my WP, I went back to dashboard>tools>import>WP but the same message remained–We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.– It’s been 3 days since I first tried to import the Xanga xml file. Whenever I go back to the import>WP page, the same message is displayed.

I have manually reset your blog importer. Please try importing your .xml files again and let me know if you continue to have issues with it.
