Import Error Message

Hi WordPress, Trust you are doing well. I’m struggling to import my Products via WP All Imports as I’m getting an error message constantly. I’ve always imported my products this way and since Friday having problems. I’ve reached out to WP All Imports and Go Daddy and this is what they are saying,
Go Daddy – For this you need to contact with the WordPress team because it is randomly happen on the WordPress tool only.
WP All Imports – I was able to almost complete the tshirts import before the session appears to have been reset causing the import to fail. Based on the behavior, I believe it’s some sort of hard resource limit/timeout happening at the host level. Once it’s reached it resets the stack and loses the session data in the process.
Unfortunately, only your host is able to confirm if that’s the case. You may have to ask them nicely to escalate you to a higher level support rep to get confirmationPlease can you see assist with this?

Hey there Chantelle, it sounds like they meant for you to contact the free software project rather than our hosting services, but if you’d like, we’d be happy to help you import the site into our services so we can assist with things like this.
And while you could reach out in the forums for the free WordPress software, they would probably also want you to contact your host and the plugin developer in this case.
For what it’s worth, I’d bet WP All Imports is correct; they’ll know their product best and are probably aware of the issues behind the specific error you’re getting, but you might try asking them which specific logs would be most useful.
