Import existing website not working

  I have just paid for a business plan and have been trying to import my existing website into wordpress but it keeps saying please the website doesn’t exist. I have tried varios permutations of http://www.xxx.co.uk, https://xxxx.co.uk/ and also xxxx.co.uk and get the same error each time. Can anyone help?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Could you check with the host of http://cpbs.co.uk/ to see if you can export the site content in an .XML file? This would give you the option to upload the file:
