Import Failed

  It’s been over 48hours since the import failed and nothing has been resolved… This prevents me from importing other files. I am importing from Xanga. It just says to contact this support team and they will fix it in 24hours. I’m not sure how a public forum can help with this enquiry??? Seems like a techical issue that someone needs to manually fix.

  I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.

  If you continue to have trouble with this, please let me know.

  For further instructions on how to do a Xanga import, please see:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/

  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.
