Import failed

  I was trying to import my blog from a wordpress export file but the import failed and the system told me to contact support. So where do we go from here?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Need a reset again…. It fails every time!

  The import file is big, and I thought it would import more posts each time, continue where it left off so to speak…. but the latest post is always the same one?

  Hi Johanna,

  Can you try breaking it up into smaller imports? Usually if it’s too big it will get stuck unfortunately.

  Let me know how that goes!
